I confess I've only listened to one of these a little while ago. I actually know most, if not all, of the participants, and I don't think they'd mind at all if you contacted them to give them your thoughts about your ideas for future podcasts to get a bit more in-depth. I guess part of the reticence around jobs is they may not want to be in the situation where one of them says "I work for Company X", and then they get worried that they might slip up and say their work sucks when they're having a bad day and they potentially get into trouble if someone rats on them to Company X...
